Jess is a women's hormone health coach running an online business called Courageous Woman Wellness. She helps women aged 20 to 45 balance their hormones through daily habits, something she wished she had learned earlier in life. After experiencing hormone havoc herself, Jess sought practical information to help herself and was frustrated that nobody had taught her this before. She prayed, talked to her family and friends, and started her online business. Jess began the company while parenting young kids and now has a four-month-old baby.
